Swedish antique handmade wood bowl with handle from the latter half of the 19th century,circa 1880. The bowl with handle from northern Sweden is in Swedish called "Kåsa". It was used as a drinking wessel. The bowl is very rustic and has clear signs of time and use. As bowls like this were household objects it’s unusual for them to have survived to our time. Typically they were used until they broke but this is one of the few that made it. Now it’s a genuine piece for those looking for character and patina.

Good antique condition with minor historic knocks, marks, scratchers, wear, as is to be expected with functional antiques.Initalied on the back OTF
