We have available two very unique Artisan made Cedar pebble coffee tables from a Cedar tree that was planted as saplings during the 60s when the Heads of the Valleys road was being constructed in South Wales and came down in storms some years ago
The two artisan pieces by Studio Anj have been hand shaped and finished and have been an experimental process in is studio, using natural organic pigments that when combined with the tree sap create this green unique marbled effect this alongside my own method of application creates a unique finish, both of the pebble tops have copper bracings to manage the mature splits
These truly expressive artisan free-form coffee tables have the most luxurious and sumptuous finish, these organic pieces are influenced by a passion for the natural imperfections of fallen trees, sourced by the maker studio Anj in rural Wales.
Individual, age-old wood forms are considered for the beauty of their grain, flaws, and imperfections - debarked, then cut and shaped by hand, to showcase fresh, new abstract forms.
Equally, at home in both traditional and more contemporary settings, the free-form coffee table is a timeless design that will add individuality and impact, within both home and commercial interior spaces.
