A striking antique late 19th-century traditional shepherd’s coffer in black patina, made in the old style, from hewn boards, then decorated with symbols.

Pieces like this had been made in the same way for centuries their origins lost in the mists of Time. It’s a clean example, Neat size. Nicely waxed, Great Patina. Dates to probably the end of the 19th century.
