This unique contemporary craftsman free-form coffee table of wonderful scale is made from a very old piece of cedar of Lebanon tree that had been taken down due to its sheer size and danger in a built-up area near Chepstow in Wales then weathered to shape then dried, the cedar top is finished in a natural wax the Cypress tree base is finished in the Sugi Ban burnt wood method and also finished in natural Wax.

This truly expressive craftsman free-form coffee table has the most luxurious and sumptuous finish, these organic pieces are influenced by a passion for the natural imperfections of fallen trees, sourced by the maker studio Anj in rural Wales.

Individual, age-old wood forms are considered for the beauty of their grain, flaws, and imperfections - debarked, then cut and shaped by hand, to showcase fresh, new abstract forms.

Equally, at home in both traditional and more contemporary settings, the free-form coffee table is a timeless design that will add individuality and impact, within both home and commercial interior spaces.
